Terms of Use

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between shwem9 (website https://shwem9.run and all related services) and any player who uses the platform. Accessing, registering an account, or playing constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

shwem9 is a platform for Myanmar players offering slots, live casino, football betting, poker, and card games all in one place, with SSL encryption and fair play guaranteed at all times. You must read and follow the rules set out on this page.

We may update this Agreement at any time with prior notice. All changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 or older to use the shwem9 platform. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or accessing any services. Any player may be asked to provide proof of age at any time.

1.2 Accurate Information

All information provided when registering must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts opened with false information may be closed without prior notice, and any balance in such accounts may be forfeited.

1.3 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account at shwem9. If a second account is found using the same personal details, all such accounts may be investigated and any bonuses may be revoked.

1.4 Account Security

Players must keep their login credentials and password secure and must not share them with any third party. The player is fully responsible for all activities carried out under their account.

2.1 Deposit Methods

At shwem9, you can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks regardless of the method used. Players must deposit only from a payment account registered in their own name.

2.2 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be sent to the player's registered account and will not be transferred to any third party.

• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required to process withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals from a balance that includes a bonus will only be approved once the wagering requirement has been met.
• Any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud or a policy violation may be delayed.

2.3 Currency Terms

The currency used for our service is Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks). If a deposit is made in another currency, the exchange rate will be set according to our policy.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

At shwem9, you can receive a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to 300,000 Ks. The bonus amount can only be withdrawn after meeting the 20x wagering requirement.

• Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving a balance of 50,000 Ks. Wagering — 30,000 Ks × 20 = 600,000 Ks
• Example — If you deposit 420,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a balance of 720,000 Ks. Wagering — 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks
• The bonus is not mixed with real money (Ks). Your real money balance will be spent first, and the bonus will be used after that.

3.2 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

• The terms and conditions for each individual bonus will be stated alongside the bonus offer.
• To meet the bonus wagering requirement, only bets placed on slots games will be counted — conditions may differ for live casino, football, and certain other games.
• Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only.
• To claim a bonus, you must request it within the specified time after making a deposit.

3.3 Conditions for Bonus Cancellation

• If you request a withdrawal after claiming a bonus but before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings earned through bonus play will be removed.
• If it is determined that a bonus was claimed using a low-risk betting strategy (bonus abuse), the bonus may be cancelled.
• A bonus cancelled due to a policy violation will not be reinstated.

4.1 Fair Play

All games offered at shwem9 operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and accurate results. We reserve the right to reject any attempt by players to predict game outcomes in advance.

4.2 Prohibited Gameplay

• Deliberately wagering in a low-risk manner to meet wagering requirements with a bonus (bonus abuse).
• Hacking the game system or exploiting a flaw (bug / exploit abuse).
• Collusion — players coordinating with each other in an attempt to ensure one player wins.
• Allowing a third party to play on your account without authorisation from us.

If any of these actions are found to have occurred, we may take action including voiding related winnings, closing the account, and withholding the balance.

4.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a network drop, server issue, or software fault, shwem9 will make a decision based on the available records. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such technical issues.

5.1 Our Rights

shwem9 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close any player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

• When a breach of the terms and conditions in this agreement is found.
• When there is suspicion of violating financial laws and attempting money laundering.
• When it is found that an account was opened with false personal information.
• When the requested KYC documents cannot be provided within the specified time.

5.2 When a Player Wants to Close Their Account

6.1 Personal Information

Personal information provided by players will be handled in accordance with the terms set out in our Privacy Policy. We store personal information only in a lawful manner and protect it with SSL encryption.

The designs, code, and content on the shwem9 website are protected under shwem9's intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or reproducing without permission is prohibited.

7.1 Service Warranty

shwem9 will operate the platform with reasonable effort, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that service failures will not occur. shwem9 will not be responsible for losses arising from network issues, server maintenance, or other external causes.

7.2 Player Responsibility

The player acknowledges that any losses arising from their play are a result of their own voluntary participation, and agrees that they are using this service of their own free will. We do not accept responsibility for financial losses resulting from gambling.

8.1 Right to Modify Services

shwem9 reserves the right to change, cancel, or suspend any service with prior notice. Such changes will be published on this website, and we recommend players check back regularly.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable by legal action, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
